At Haltom’s, I believe our customer service is second to none. Our team – from management to sales associates – is the best in the business and they care about every customer that walks in the door.
From time to time, I like to introduce one of our team members. This week, the spotlight is on Molly Walters. Molly has been at the Haltom’s Camp Bowie location for 2 ½ years.
Here’s her take on working at Haltom’s:
“I have always felt jewelry was something we dream about from the time we’re little until we’re grown up. As adults, we see many of those dreams come true. To sit across the counter and help someone find their dream ring, or celebrate the promotion they’ve worked so hard for, or buy a watch just like their dad’s – it is the happiest of occasions and I’m a part of that process!
I have a real passion for jewelry and fashion. I enjoy helping a customer add more modern pieces that are still timeless. In addition, it is quite something to handle someone else’s jewelry.
Whether it’s a restoration or repair, some items have been handed down for generations so it’s essential that you respect what you are holding. I feel honored that someone has placed their trust in us, and I want to make it as smooth and seamless as possible.
Why Haltom’s? I truly appreciate the jewelry and timepieces we carry. But I love working at Haltom’s because Jack and Lady Ann are the most delightful individuals to work for.”
Camp Bowie is the largest of all our locations. Recently, we added a Rolex boutique allowing us to carry a large selection of Rolex timepieces. We also carry Breitling, Omega, TAG Heuer and Luminox watches.
Because this location is our largest, we are able to offer a large selection of gift-ware, including an excellent selection of baby gifts.
