While we are still dealing with some rain, we’re grateful to see the sunshine. A new season is just around the corner, and this is the perfect time for a little spring cleaning.
At Haltom’s, we are cleaning our store from top to bottom, left to right, and everything in between. We are also cleaning all of our merchandise – and I must say, some of these rainy days have been helpful in allowing us to get everything done.
We would also like to invite you to bring your jewelry to us for a professional inspection and cleaning. We have the tools and equipment to properly check each piece for broken and missing stones, prongs that need to be retipped, and gold rings and connectors that may need a new solder.
We can also clean your pieces in our ultrasonic machine to get all the dirt from behind the gemstones and between watch links. You might be surprised how much sunscreen, lotion, makeup and sweat collects on your jewelry!
The magic finishing process is the professional drying from our steamer – making each diamond sparkle and the gold shine like new. We’re very proud of our new steamer in our downtown location. We nicknamed it “Red Engine Number Nine” and I included a photo of this workhorse.
