Recently, I received this wonderful email from Tom, a customer who visited our store in Grapevine.  I would like to thank Alicia, our sales associate who helped him.  And of course, I appreciate Tom taking the time to write us …

“I highly recommend this jeweler. Even though I had purchased an automatic Breitling at another jeweler, not associated with Haltom's - an associate by the name of Alicia in the Grapevine store went out of her way to help me.

I have been having some issues with the watch and she took the time to explain several things I could do to make sure the watch operates at maximum efficiency when I get it back from repair. She spent more time trying to help me than the person who sold it to me!

My only regret is that I did not buy the watch from Alicia at Haltom's to begin with. In the future, any other purchase will be considered there first!”
