We met Corey Williams years ago while he was employed at Lambert’s restaurant on White Settlement. Jack and I were in love with Lambert’s smoked meats and green chile cheese grits, and Corey was working his way through college.
Today, Corey is an estate planning and probate attorney, and we were thrilled when he brought Carmen into Haltom’s. It was such a treat to work with her - she has a great design and fashion sense, and knows what she likes.
Carmen’s dream ring was a pear shaped diamond on a gold band. We looked through a few diamonds before we found the perfect 4-carat pear shape. She chose an 18K yellow gold Roberto Coin band, and we created a custom platinum head to set the diamond on. There are no side stones and nothing above the band so Carmen can wear other rings next to her engagement ring.
Corey and Carmen got engaged in Nantucket, and sent us some wonderful beach proposal photos. Carmen is a professional photographer, and upon their return, had her friend and owner of Kelcee Harwood Photography take some formal engagement photos. Carmen brought along her sweet pup, Beetle Juice. Corey knew from the start they were a packaged deal.
We’re beyond thrilled for Corey and Carmen! We look forward to watching this fabulous couple create a wonderful life together here in Fort Worth.
