We’re seeing a trend right now for bigger diamond stack rings – Big Girl Stacks. These rings are also called anniversary bands or eternity rings, and these classics are getting worn in new ways.
Although they can still be worn by themselves or with an engagement ring, we love the look of stacking wider bands with bigger stones and different shapes. It’s a classy look that’s also a little blingy.
Rings with ovals, emerald cuts, and pear shapes are unique and look great when stacked with round brilliant diamond bands, or even a gold family band. These eternity rings, with diamonds all around the finger, take slightly more care and maintenance, but seeing those diamonds on the back of your finger when opening your hand is a nice little surprise!
To me, the extra maintenance alleviates the worry of the ring sitting straight on the finger. But, if you’re concerned that you’ll be too hard on the back of the ring, we can show you all the same styles made part way around.
