Full disclosure: we’re crazy about Eric after he spent two summers interning with Haltom's. His nickname is Cowboy; he now lives and works in Mobile, Alabama. Once Helen stole his heart, he started planning for a New Year’s Day engagement.
It’s a family of TCU alums, and his plans had to work around the Fiesta Bowl, so he set his target proposal date for January 1, 2023. Once both sets of parents offered their blessings, Eric and his mom drove to Fort Worth and sat down with us. Helen’s engagement ring includes a diamond that Eric’s grandmother received over 75 years ago. We created a sparkling centerpiece in a classic platinum and diamond three-stone ring using that special family heirloom.
