A simple cleaning or new watch battery is complimentary. In many cases, we can offer a cleaning or repair while you wait. For more complicated repairs, the manager will explain the process -- what can be done in-house, timeframe, and a cost estimate. If you decide to move forward, each piece is insured and we personally take care of these treasured items.
