Went to this lovely family store whilst visiting Fort worth on a texas road trip with my brother. The lovely lady that served us was really friendly and knowledgeable to a t. Just moved to Fort Worth and the battery on my watch was dead. The superb customer service, attention to detail, and the overall kindness of the staff are things that can't be found in today's retail world. During my years as a customer, I have never purchased a piece of ... high end jewelry or a luxury watch.
